  • Is it really unlimiteddesigns?

    Yes! You can request as many designs as you wish. However, we will only work on one task at a time until you are fully satisfied. Once the task is approved by you, we will start working on your other request right away.

  • What kind of graphic design requests do you support?

    We usually do not do following things but you can always ask your project manager if you have anyspecial need and we will try to meet that.

  • Who owns the designs?

    You or your business does!  Once you accept your design, it’s all yours. You can use it as often as you want and whenever or wherever you want. However, you are not allowed to sell your designs on online graphic design market places – Shutterstock, Creative Market, Adobe Stock, etc. Our services are created for individuals, businesses or agencies that need graphic design service for their own use or on behalf of their clients.

  • What do you mean bythe 14-days money back guarantee?

    We are confident that our service can be a great value to your business.

    We are giving you a 14 days risk-free subscription (i.e. you can cancel the subscription within 14 days if you think it’s not suitable for your company.) 

  • Do you offer customplans?

    Yes, we do. You can email your requirements to our helpful customer service team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    We provide unlimited revision until you are fully satisfied with the design but we do not provide any refunds.

  • Can I resell mydesign?

    It is your design and you will have every right to use it for whatever purpose. Yes, you can resell it.

  • Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

    Since this is an open plan you are not bound by any contract. You can upgrade or downgrade as per your business requirement.

  • Can I pause or cancelmy service anytime?

    Since you don’t have to sign any contract to subscribe to our plans, you can pause or cancel it as per your business requirement.
